Paris - (Fall 2025) - Day 6
Galeries Lafayette Haussmann
We started the day back at this department store because we had to pick up another gift. We also enjoyed coffee at this shop that has a view of the large atrium in the middle. The Christmas decorations were starting to be assembled in the space.
Printemps
Another large department store next to Galeries Lafayette had their holiday windows on full display drawing big crowds.
Regain - Printemps
On the top floor of the Printemps department store is a food hall. We decided on this place for smash burgers outdoors with a view of the city.
After the department stores, we made our way back to Rue Mouffetard
Otto
On Rue Mouffetard is this wine bar with some great snacks. We had razor clams, an onion dish, and a small steak dish.
As we made our way back to the Daguerre neighborhood we stopped at Cafe Daguerre again for some afternoon cafe time. It started to get pretty cold but it doesn’t prevent Parisians from hanging outdoors. They really love their cafe social culture.
The Copper Pub
For the evening we took a walk towards the Montparnasse area. The neighborhood we wandered into seemed like mix between a theater and red light district but was pretty busy with people walking the streets and in the restaurants.
This pub was down one of the quieter streets. We had some drinks and snacks and I was pleasantly surprised to see NFL Redzone on TV. It was fun to watch some football after missing the last two weeks while traveling.
Max Tacos
I was able to find my favorite night snack in France just around the corner from the bar at this place. This kebab was a great way to end the evening.
